Greenfield Temporary Fire Station Contractor To Be Hired Next Month

(Greenfield, MA) — The city of Greenfield is moving forward with plans for a new temporary fire station. The Fire Station Building Committee has announced that a contractor for the project will be selected by the middle of next month. The Fire Department expects to move into the temporary station by mid-summer, which will clear the way for construction of a new Greenfield Public Library on that site.
