Greenfield Water Main Break Reported On Vernon Street

(Greenfield, MA) — Parts of Greenfield are without water at this hour because of a water main break. DPW Director Marlo Warner said an eight-inch water main on Vernon Street broke at around 5am, affecting water pressure mainly on the section of town south of Pierce Street. Crews are on the scene making repairs at this time. More details as they become available.
