(Greenfield, MA) The city of Greenfield’s attorney Jesse Belcher-Timme has responded to an Open Meeting Law complaint filed by resident Al Norman in regards to the Mayor participating in a Planning Board vote on the Aldi’s project. Belcher-Timme has said that the Planning Board only requires three board members to make a quorum, so the Mayor’s vote was unnecessary.
