GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield’s parliamentarian, Wilson Roberts, stepped down from his role at Wednesday’s City Council meeting. Roberts served as parliamentarian for the past five years and was a Councilor, and Council President, before that.
Roberts said this particular council is one of the most promising he’s ever seen and gave advice to look to the parliamentary procedure for guidance and tools needed to run the council.
