Greenfield’s Village Pizza Closed After An Employee Has Contact With Person With COVID

(Greenfield, MA) – A popular Greenfield pizza shop has temporarily closed after an employee reported being in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID 19. The owners of Village Pizza on Bank Row announced on social media that the employee made the admission this past weekend, which necessitated closure of the shop to allow time for employees to be tested and the necessary cleaning to be completed. An update on Village’s status is expected sometime Tuesday.
