(Greenfield, MA) Friday October 30 will be the first snow fall for the Franklin County area, but Halloween at Highland Park is still on according to the Greenfield Recreation Department. Halloween at Highland park will be a drive through experience and will begin at 4pm and end at 6pm. Participants must stay in their vehicles.
