HAWLEY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Dugway, a hazardous section of Route 8A in Hawley, is up for redesign and construction. Three designs were shared with residents last week all with road widening potential, and some include sidewalks as well. The project may cost between $11-22 million.
