HAWLEY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — There will be a Special Town Meeting this evening at the Hawley Town Office at 7 p.m. The warrant has only two articles for the town to vote on. The first is to make two corrections to typos in the May Town Meeting warrant and the second article is to appropriate $10,200 for health-insurance expenses due to expanding Town Clerk role.
