(Greenfield, MA) New information is available regarding the structure fire in Greenfield early this afternoon. According to Greenfield Police Department, although the fire was quickly extinguished, materials of hazardous concern were located at the scene. There is no risk to the safety of the neighborhood or community at this time, although other resources were brought in to deal with the hazardous materials. The investigation is ongoing.
