(Orange, MA) Orange Fire and EMS responded to a head-on motor vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of New Athol Road and East Road just before 6 p.m. on Sunday evening. EMS transported one patient to a local hospital and the vehicles were removed from the roadway. The accident remains under investigation.
