ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The town of Erving is considering creating a new Mill Overlay District to support redevelopment, new standards for land uses, prohibiting data centers, and more bylaw amendments. The Erving Planning Board will hold a public hearing on proposed revisions and additions to the Town’s zoning bylaws at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 8th at the Erving Senior Center.
