(undated) — The worst of now-Tropical Depression Henri appears to be over. The storm made landfall over Rhode Island at around midday yesterday and immediately began to weaken, leaving most of Franklin County to deal with just some heavy rain and windy conditions. There were reports of trees down in Conway and Colrain, as well as some isolated power outages. More rain is expected today before the system heads eastward.
