GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A murder suspect has pleaded not guilty to charges related to the incident where decomposing remains of a Plainfield man were found in an apartment on Chapman Street in Greenfield in April of this year.
42 year-old Taaniel Herberger-Brown was in Franklin Superior Court Wednesday to enter his plea against charges of homicide, two counts of malicious destruction of property, three counts of assault and battery, two counts of kidnapping, and one charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Herberger-Brown has been held without bail. A bail hearing is set for January 7th of 2025.
