HINSDALE, NH (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — On Monday, police in Hinsdale, New Hampshire recovered the body of 62 year-old Scott Plante who was reported missing on April 23rd by his roommate.
According to a statement from the Hinsdale Police Department, the roommate believed Plante to have gone on a weekend trip and not returned, when the roommate spotted Plante’s vehicle they filed a missing persons report.
Surveillance footage from April 17th showed Plante walking towards the Ashuelot River, but did not find footage of him returning. Search teams found his body in the river on April 28th.
