(Pioneer Valley) Home sales are down in the Pioneer Valley. According to the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley, home sales dropped 10.5% in December compared to the same month in 2020. Inventory continues to be an issue as 50% fewer homes are for sale compared to this time last year. The median price for a home did rise in Franklin, Hampshire and Hamden Counties, from $256K to $280K.
