GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Both the Greenfield Zoning Board of Appeals and the Conservation Commission have approved a three-story hotel and a LongHorn Steakhouse restaurant for property at 125 Mohawk Trail. The hotel plans show 92 rooms to be built in the space of the former Rodeway Inn with the restaurant separate and in front of the hotel, closer to the roadway.
