.(Boston, MA) — The Massachusetts House has released its version of a new police reform bill. Final amendments on the legislation were put in place yesterday. The Senate has already passed its own version of the bill, which includes a number of sweeping changes, including one which makes it easier to sue police officers for violent acts they commit while on the job.
