Cooley Dickinson Medical Group patients can reach out just like they have in the past, either by calling their Primary Care Physical office or through the Patient Gateway portal. A visit can be scheduled and can occur remotely. This in general is a telemedicine visit (TeleHealth is essentially the same). This visit right now is mostly over the phone; we are looking into expanding this service to include video conferencing.
