HAWLEY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Hawley residents will have an opportunity to weigh in on design plans for the Dugway, a deteriorating section of Route 8A, in a public listening and comment session on October 21st at 6 p.m. in the Hawley Town Office. Engineers will share preliminary design work for the road, hillside, and shoulder.
