MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Multiple agencies responded to Dry Hill Road in Montague Sunday evening to rescue an individual off a trail with a leg injury. With challenging terrain and weather conditions, the western Mass regional technical rescue team joined the efforts and crews were able to stabilize and extricate the hiker, who was then transported to a local hospital by ambulance.
