COLRAIN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — State Police are investigating an accident in Colrain that saw the vehicle involved end up hundreds of yards off the roadway.
The vehicle was discovered shortly after 3:00 pm Tuesday on Jacksonville Road/Route 112. The preliminary investigation showed the car left the road and went airborne before hitting hay bales and trees. Police say injuries were reported, but the extent of the injuries and the identity of the injured has not been released.
