(Combined Sources) The founder, president and CEO of the former HardiggIndustries has died. Jim Hardigg died last week at the age of 97. Hardigg began the company, which made shipping cases, in South Deerfield and he lived in Conway. Hardigg Industries, which at one time had over 500 employees was bought by Pelican Products which is still located in South Deerfield.
