GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The request to lower the bail set for Ryan O’Farrell, defendant in the May 2022 crash that sent seven motorcyclists to the hospital, has been denied by Franklin County Superior Court Judge David Hodge, citing no material changes have been made in the case. O’Farrell has eighteen charges against him and has filed a motion to dismiss the DUI charges. A pretrial hearing is set for July 30th.
