(undated) — State Troopers in Massachusetts WILL have to get vaccinated against COVID 19 by mid-October. A Superior Court Judge has denied the police union’s request for an injunction barring implementation of Governor Baker’s order that all executive branch employees get vaccinated or risk losing their jobs. The union had hoped to delay the implementation of Baker’s policy long enough to allow for the membership to bargain collectively on the terms of the order.
