LEVERETT, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The major housing development proposed for the Kittredge estate in Leverett will not be moving forward.
Last month the property was sold for $4.55 million to a New Jersey golf professional who intends to maintain the estate as a private residence.
