(Greenfield, MA) The Stoneleigh-Burnham School on Bernardston Road in Greenfield has announced who will be succeeding Stephanie Luebbers as the Head of School. The new Head of School will be Lauren (Laurie) Lambert and she will take up her role on July 1st, 2023.
Lambert was unanimously voted in by the Board of Trustees after an international search for candidates. She is a graduate of Middlebury College and Denison University, with over 30 years of experience in the field of education. She is currently Head of School at Winchedon School in Winchendon, Massachusetts.
Lambert wrote, “I wholeheartedly embrace the focus on girls’ voices, the clear vision for equity, diversity, and justice, and the profile of a student that celebrates multi-dimensional learning, aspirational leadership, and commitment to the community. I am looking forward to the journey ahead as we continue to build on the extraordinary Stoneleigh-Burnham School foundation in order to ensure that our students can become their best selves.“
