(Leverett, MA) Leverett’s Police Chief Scott Minckler has been sworn in as the 2nd Vice President of the Western Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association and will serve in the position for two years. Northwestern District Attorney David Sullivan also swore in East Longmeadow Chief Mark Williams as the 1st Vice President, who previously served as the 2nd Vice President, and former 1st Vice President Easthampton Chief Robert Alberti as the new President.
