LEYDEN, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Leyden Board of Health is hosting a presentation on energy storage systems this Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Town Hall with Attorney Mike Hugo, Director of Strategies and Government Relations at the Massachusetts Association of Health Boards. New regulations are going into effect on October 1st and Attorney Hugo will review the power of boards of health, public health issues, permitting and more for the public.
