AMHERST, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Luke Brissie of Amherst has been arrested after allegedly threatening to commit a “mass stabbing” at a local Big Y and “bomb or shoot” a Nashville police officer who responded to a 2023 mass shooting at the Covenant Elementary School.
In Instagram messages to the police officer, Brissie also said he intended to bomb the FBI Boston field office. Brissie has been involuntarily committed for mental health evaluations.
