34 year-old Brenden Jacobs of Turners Falls was arraigned in Greenfield District Court Thursday. Jacobs was accused of breaking a Montague police officer, Jake Dlugosz’s, fibula on December 29th when Jacobs was allegedly robbing the Nouria gas station on Third Street in Turners Falls. Jacobs pleaded not guilty to multiple charges and a judge ordered him to be held without bail pending a hearing on Monday, January 6th.
