BERNARDSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Marshall’s Country Store in Bernardston announced they will no longer be able to accept SNAP EBT funds for payment as of December 21st through the next six months.
The store received a disqualification letter informing them for the first time of three instances from over eight months ago where customers used their funds to purchase ineligible items.
In the announcement from the store, they also stated they were not notified previously and given no opportunity to make corrections before being disqualified.
