(EASTHAMPTON) –Wearing a mask or face covering is now mandatory in certain parts of Easthampton. Masks need to be worn in any public place in the downtown and mill districts. The mandate also covers all city property and public parks as well as the Manhan Rail Trail. The city’s Board of Health issued the order this week.
