(undated) — The state’s attorney general is calling for all public sector employees to receive the COVID 19 vaccine, whether they want to or not. Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey says even though people have a right to refuse a vaccine, those who choose to abstain should forfeit the right to public-sector employment. Governor Charlie Baker has refused to impose the public sector mandate, which he says is a political “trap” he’s not willing to step into. Healey has been mentioned as a possible Democratic gubernatorial candidate next year. Baker has not decided whether he will seek a third term.
