(undated) — Phase Two of the reopening of the Massachusetts economy begins today. Diners will be able to eat outside at restaurants, and retail stores, day camps and day care centers will be allowed to resume operations today during the next phase of loosening restrictions imposed to slow the spread of the coronavirus. There are still strict requirements for masks and social distancing. Governor Charlie Baker says he’s comfortable the state has recorded enough of a reduction in the number of new COVID cases and hospitalizations to warrant moving into Phase Two.
