(undated) — Massachusetts business leaders are apparently starting to get concerned about the state of the economy. Associated Industries of Massachusetts says after a strong June and JUly, it’s “Business Confidence Index” took a three-point dip in July, largely due to impacts from the COVID Delta variant, as well as supply chain disruptions and lack of available workers. The index is now at the same level it was in January 2020, in the middle of the original pandemic.
