(undated) — It’s looking more and more like a full return to school is inevitable in Massachusetts. The state Board of Education has voted to give the commissioner the power to force schools to reopen to full instruction by next month. However, the vote also gives to commissioner the power to grant waivers to school districts which may have logistical issues that could prevent a full opening. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
