(undated) — Massachusetts residents will have two ballot questions to consider in November. The so-called “ranked choice voting” question would alter the electoral process to allow voters to put their first, second, and third picks on their ballot, with a winner only when one candidate reaches a majority of votes. The “right to repair” question would require automobile manufacturers to make certain vehicle data available to independent car repair shops as well as the owners of the vehicles, which proponents say will open up options for consumers wishing to have their cars serviced at somewhere other than their dealerships.
