BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Governor Maura Healey has ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff today in honor of the interment of Korean War veteran Corporal Norman Ronald Levesque. The US Army veteran went missing in action in 1950 and his remains were identified in September 2025.
