(undated) — A recent spike in new COVID 19 cases in Massachusetts has some health officials concerned, to the point where they are suggesting that the commonwealth revert back from Phase Three to Two. Governor Baker has not yet commented publicly on the suggestion, but has expressed concern about people not following public health guidelines, particularly as they relate to private house parties.
