(undated) — High school graduation ceremonies can be held outside in Massachusetts beginning in July. That’s according to new guidelines released late last week by state officials. Graduation ceremonies scheduled after July 19th can be held in an outdoor location, provided social distancing guidelines are maintained and that no hugging or handshaking occurs.
