(undated) – The president of the Massachusetts Senate is recovering from a health setback. Senate President Karen Spilka told a Boston TV station that she suffered a “mild stroke” last month and has been recovering at home. She returned to the State House for the first time yesterday, and says she is feeling fine and is ready to resume her duties.
