BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Today is the final day to submit public comment on the Massachusetts Department of Transportation’s draft five-year Capital Investment Plan for fiscal year 2027, beginning July 1st, through 2031. $20.5 billion is estimated to be invested into bridges and roads across Franklin and Hampshire counties.
