Mayor’s Annual Food Drive With Officer Frankie

(Greenfield, MA) Greenfield Mayor Roxann Wedegartner will be hosting the Mayor’s Annual Holiday Food Drive for Rachel’s Table Wednesday, December 21st from 4 to 6 p.m. at the John Zon Community Center, located at 35 Pleasant Street in Greenfield.

This will be the first public event for Officer Frankie, Greenfield Police Department’s comfort dog, who will be assisting the Mayor at the food drive.

Rachel’s Table began collecting donations for the food drive in November and will continue through Christmas to benefit residents of Franklin County. Non-perishable foods that are in demand include dehydrated vegetables, juice boxes, canned meats and soups, protein bars, grains, self-stable milk, and more.
