Today the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency is launching a phone number for residents 75 and older who to schedule an appointment for the COVID vaccine. When residents call 2-1-1, they will reach a call center that is staffed by over 500 representatives who will assist with booking an appointment. The 2-1-1 phone line will be open from 8:30AM-5PM and will be available Monday-Friday
