SOUTH DEERFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The former Cumberland Farms site at 2 Sugarloaf Street in South Deerfield was sold earlier this year for $195,000.
This Friday, the Deerfield Planning Board will hear from the new owner, Sugarloaf Development, LLC, on an application for a special permit to construct a three-story, mixed-use building with ground-flor commercial space and twelve residential units.
The Public Hearing will be held virtually at 5 p.m.
