BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The pilot cell phone policy “Off and Away, All Day” has seen success in the Mohawk Trail middle school, where the school has seen fewer bullying and harassment incident and fewer technology behavior referrals. With the success of the pilot program, the school is expanding the policy to the high school where students will be required to turn off phone and leave them in their bags during the school day, with the exception of lunchtime for the high schoolers.
