Montague City Road Fire Doused Quickly, Damage Minimal

(Turners Falls, MA) — Firefighters from multiple towns responded to a blaze which damaged a home on Montague City Road Monday afternoon. The fire apparently began on a second floor porch of the multi-level house. Fire extinguishers were used to initially douse the flames. No one was injured, and damage from the fire was largely confined to the home’s exterior.
