MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Montague Planning Department is establishing a working committee to focus on the redevelopment of the 8-acre former Farren Care Center site for mixed-use residential and non-residential uses. The town was granted $62,000 through the Community One Stop for Growth program last week and will be exploring zoning changes to allow for the redevelopment of the site.
