(Montague, MA) — The former Farren Care facility in Turners Falls should be demolished rather than redeveloped. That’s the recommendation of the former facility’s parent company Trinity Health, which told the Montague Selectboard this week that attempting to re-use the site would be cost prohibitive. The Farren closed earlier this year and merged with a Holyoke facility. There is no timetable as yet for a final decision on what to do with the Montague City Road building.
