MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Montague Public Libraries have received state funding through the Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program to improve the Carnegie Library, or build a new library to be fully accessible with a large community room, a children’s room, study rooms, and a local history room. Community members will have the opportunity to provide input on the project through upcoming outreach events.
